Author: RockyWell, to be completely honest, this is the article I’ve been waiting with great anticipation to post.. Canadian Affair, i guarantee you is THE company which will save you the most money on your trip to Canada!
Here’s the big secret — Every time we have flown to Canada, we have booked our flights with Canadian Affair. My experience with them (which is over 12 flights) has been absolutely fantastic. The flights are by Thomas Cook, Air Transat and West Jet and the service on all of these airlines are as you would expect from Canadian Affair’s services amazing. From my experience of flying – i have flown Thomas Cook with Canadian Affair, as well as Air Transat – and here’s why booking flights with the following airlines – with Canadian Affair:
Thomas cook offer planes with huge amounts of leg room, leather seats and in their A330s back seat tvs with a choice of channels.
Air Transat is a Canadian airline which as you would expect from anything Canadian – offers service unparalleled by any other company even in their standard fare seats – offering a variety of free hot and cold drinks on your flight, as well as the food being of an incredibly high standard. And of coarse leather seats with plenty of leg room (and i’m six foot five!).
Canadian Affair offer flights to Canada for some incredibly low prices, for example at the moment you can find 100s of flights to and back from Canada for £129 one way – meaning you could bag yourself a return trip for a fully paying adult for £258! And trust me, these are not small in numbers like many companies advertise – there really is a huge chance of you saving big amounts of money if you book through Canadian Affair – Two of us fly to Canada each time, and for the both of us we have flown out every time so far for around £600 so i would recommend you buy your flights from here and no where else!
Now, i’m not blind and i’ve looked around the web at reviews – and on one place i found 50 reviews, and there were a number of negative reviews regarding food quality, and overbooking. Well, as i said earlier, ive flown over 12 times with Canadian Affair (in contrast to many reviewers who have only flown once with them), and things stated in those negative reviews are certainly not the norm. No company is ever perfect and in contrast i have always found their customer service is excellent, the quality of the food on the flights are great, and on review sites i give Canadian Affair a top class 5 out of 5. Remember, people are always more motivated to submit negative reviews than positive ones – when i get back after a great longhaul flight i go home and get to bed!
Price is great, flights are great – so what about their customer service? Well in a word – fantastic! When you have a query, you can either phone them or email them, and their response time is phenomenally quick – and always friendly and helpful – and their customer service reps are based in the UK and massively experienced in travel to Canada.. An example of the kind of service you will receive is yesterday, i emailed them with a query about my flights next month, and they responded with everything i needed to know within 30 minutes!
